1. Make sure enough cooling time has elapsed.
Without enough time to cool, the sealed area could shrink, or even be cut off

audible beep will let you know the sealing process has been completed. The
cooling process is important as it produces cleaner and more solid sealing
results.
2. Seal thoroughly by allowing enough time for the
seal to set. Heating time must be adjusted according to the packing material’s
properties.
3.Heat only enough to be sufficient for your task.
Excessive overheating can cause damage to the sealer’s components, a decrease
in work efficiency, and a waste of energy. It’s always best to specify your
heating needs based on your current task.
4. Make sure your device is working properly.
Impulse sealers only use an electric current during the heating cycle. Please
don’t be confused when your impulse sealer does not have heat after you’ve
switched the power on. Continue through the process outlined in your operating
manual and the sealer will be ready.
